Suspects Sought In Deadly North Philadelphia Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting death of a man late Tuesday evening.
The shooting happened at about 11 p.m. in the 1000 block of W. Cumberland Street in North Philadelphia.
According to investigators, a male in his late 20's was shot six times, including once in the head. The unidentified victim was transported to Temple University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators are searching for several suspects who were seen running from the scene shortly after the shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made and a motive in the shooting remains under investigation.
