Suspects Sought In Armed Robbery Of Philadelphia Cell Phone Store
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for two armed suspects who robbed a cell phone store.
The incident happened on September 16 at the Metro PCS store located in the 3700 block of N. Broad Street in North Philadelphia.
According to investigators, two suspects entered the store at about 4 p.m. and asked to see a phone. When the employee turned around, one of the suspects produced a handgun and demanded money.
The employee gave the suspects $130 in cash and both suspects fled the store on foot.
The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 21-years-old, 5'5" and between 140-150 lbs. He was wearing a light Polo hat and a dark hoodie.
The second suspect is a described as a black male, approximately 21-years-old, 6'0" and 160 lbs. He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
