Suspects Arrested On Numerous Drug Charges In Delaware
NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS) – Two people have been arrested in Delaware after an investigation revealed their involvement in drug activity.
Brian Buchanan, 35, and Jessica Murphy, 24, both of Claymont, where arrested after police discovered a large grow operation in the basement of their home on Peachtree Road.
Detectives confiscated 100 marijuana plants, heroin, poppy plants, cocaine and human growth hormones from the residence.
Both suspects were charged with two counts of possessing a controlled substance Tier 5, possessing a controlled substance Tier 4, manufacturing marijuana, manufacturing heroin, manufacturing a human growth hormone, three counts of possession of a human growth hormone, conspiracy in the second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
