Suspect Sought In Robbery Of Atlantic City Bank
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (CBS) - Police in Atlantic County are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank late Thursday evening.
The robbery happened at about 6:55 p.m. at the TD Bank located at 15 North Pennsylvania Avenue in Atlantic City.
According to investigators, the suspect entered the bank and presented a note to the teller demanding money. The suspect told the employee he had a gun, but a gun was never shown.
The suspect fled the bank on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'10"-6'0" tall, 130-150 lbs., with brown eyes and a thin build.
He was last seen wearing a gray sweat jacket with white stripes across the chest over a dark or gray colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored jogging pants with a white stripe and white running sneakers.
