Suspect Sought In Pricey Burglary From Port Richmond Store

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who stole over $6,000 in cash from a corner market store.
The burglary happened at about 5:15 a.m. on June 1st at Frank's Market located at 2850 Kensington Avenue.
According to investigators, the burglar gained access to the business through the roof. Once inside, the suspect forced open an ATM and took approximately $5,700 in cash. The suspect then took $700 in cash from a register before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male with a stocky build. He was wearing a dark-colored knit hat with a miners flash light attached to it, a dark-colored shirt, gloves, blue jeans and dark colored shoes.
