Officials: Suspect Who Was Accidently Released By Delaware Police Back In Custody

DOVER, Del. (CBS) -- A prisoner who was accidently released after his arrest is back in police custody in Delaware, officials say. Police say 27-year-old Dion Williams was recaptured in North Carolina on Friday by US Marshals.

Williams is a suspect in a deadly shooting at a Dover barbershop on June 5.

Authorities mistakenly let Williams out of jail on Friday.

Police blamed the mix-up on a "communication error."
