Authorities say Carey Coleman Jr. was taken into custody without incident at a relative's home in Woodbury Monday.
A .32-caliber handgun was recovered from his girlfriend's house. It's the same type of weapon used to shoot 47-year-old cab driver Larry Hamilton.
Surveillance cameras at the Trenton train station show Coleman getting into a cab being driven by Hamilton around 1 a.m. on June 16th. The cab was later found at the intersection of Route 130 North and York Street. Hamilton was found inside the vehicle with a single gunshot wound to the head.
Carey Coleman Jr. is being held on $500,000-bail. He's expected in court Tuesday afternoon.
