Suspect Caught On Tape Stealing Rental Truck Outside Blackwood Wawa
BLACKWOOD, N.J. (CBS) – Police in Camden County are searching for a suspect who was caught on tape stealing a Ryder rental truck outside a convenience store.
The incident happened Tuesday morning in the parking lot of the Wawa in the 800 block of S. Black Horse Pike in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township.
In the video, the suspect is seen purchasing an item inside the store and then walking outside. The suspect then jumped into the Ryder truck, which was being used by the Courier Post newspapers, and drove off.

The vehicle is described as a 2008 white Freightliner Sprinter Van bearing a New Jersey license plate of XP578M and has the word "Ryder" written down both sides.
The suspect is described as a white male with dark color hair and facial hair. He is 6'3" to 6'5" inches tall.
