Suspect Arrested In Connection With Sex Assault-Robbery Of Teen In Kensington
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Special Victims Unit announced an arrest has been made in connection with a robbery and sexual assault in the Kensington section of the city.
Officials say Deovanny Ortiz was arrested Tuesday night following an investigation.
Ortiz allegedly followed the 18-year-old male victim to his home, forced him inside at gunpoint and sexually assaulted him.
He is accused of then stealing the victim's cell phone, $120 and house keys.
