Summer Fun Coming To Penn's Landing
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- CBS 3 is proud to partner with Screenings Under the Stars and Smooth Jazz Summer Nights for a plethora of events at Penn's Landing this summer.
Screenings Under the Stars is showing the following movies at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing through July and August:
• July 9 The Goonies
• July 16 The Wizard of Oz
• July 23 Back to the Future
• July 30 Home
• August 6 Annie
• August 13 Lego Movie
• August 20 Cinderella
• August 27 Guardians of the Galaxy
The movies will be shown at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing on Columbus Boulevard and Chestnut Street. Screenings will begin at dusk; 8:30 p.m. in July and 8:00 p.m. in August.
Smooth Jazz Summer Nights will be at the waterfront every Friday night in August. These concerts will also be at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing and will begin at 7:30 p.m. All Smooth Jazz concerts are free.
