Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Franks & Beans Potato
1 Dietz & Watson All Beef Franks, sliced
¼ cup Baked Beans, hot
¼ cup Mozzarella, shredded
2 tablespoons Pepperocini
1 baked potato, sliced in half lengthwise
Top the potato with the hot baked beans, franks and mozzarella. Scatter pepperocini on top and serve warm.
Italian Inspiration
2 slices Dietz & Watson Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons Feta, crumbled
2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
1 baked potato, sliced in half lengthwise, hot
¼ cup Arugula
1 tablespoon Italian Vinaigrette
Toss the arugula in the vinaigrette and set aside. Top the baked potato with bacon, sundried tomatoes and then the feta cheese. Top with arugula mixture and serve warm.
Turkey A La King
¼ pound homestyle turkey breast, small cubed
¼ cup Cream sauce
1 tablespoons bell peppers, chopped
¼ cup Dietz & Watson Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 baked potato, sliced in half lengthwise, hot
Top the baked potato with the turkey breast, cream sauce, bell peppers and cheddar cheese and serve warm.
Chili Potato
¼ cup chili
¼ pound London Broil, small cubed
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons Dietz & Watson Jalapenos, sliced
¼ cup Dietz & Watson Cheddar cheese, shredded
Green onions, chopped
1 baked potato, sliced in half lengthwise, hot
In a saucepan, combine the London broil and chili and heat until warm. Set aside. Top the baked potato with chili, sour cream, jalapenos and cheddar cheese and green onions and serve warm.
