Student Falls 3 Stories From Building At Chestnut Hill College
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An undergraduate student fell from a third-story outside stairwell on Chestnut Hill College's campus on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened at about 3 p.m. near the college's Fournier Hall.
A spokesperson from the college says the student suffered multiple injuries. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.
The college is withholding the student's name pending notification of his family.
A spokesperson from the college said in a statement:
"The College is cooperating with the Philadelphia Police Department, which is investigating the incident. We urge all the members of the College community and the public to keep this student and his family in our thoughts and prayers at this time."
