Storm Cleanup Begins Across The Delaware Valley

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A storm that dumped several inches of snow on the eastern half of Pennsylvania is expected to clear the region soon and be replaced by sunny skies and a stiff breeze.
PennDOT spokesman Brad Rudolph warns about slippery conditions out there, especially on any untreated roads. "We have trucks out in the five-county area, just covering the interstates and freeways and clearing it of any snow that has fallen overnight. Right now we are not reporting any incidents."
As the day continues, winds should be gusting so that's something to watch out for when driving or walking.

If you were planning on flying out of Newark International in North Jersey, operations are on hold right now until 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
As for the outages; PECO is reporting scattered outages throughout its service territory.
With Atlantic City Electric, there are eight outages affecting 434 customers.
As for the rails in the Garden State, New Jersey Transit is cross-honoring tickets all day.
