PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is selling the archbishop's residence, at 5700 City Line Avenue, near Cardinal Avenue, to St. Joseph's University for $10 million.
St. Joe's announced the deal today, and it is expected to close in a few weeks.
School officials have not said what they will use the property for.
Archbishop Charles Chaput currently lives on the nine-acre estate.
The church is also auctioning off a luxury beach-front estate in Ventnor, NJ (see related story).
