South Jersey Dealing With Major Power Problems After Snowstorm
MONROEVILLE, N.J. (CBS) -- It's an after-the-storm mess on Carl Avenue in Elk Township.
Residents' yards, cars and rooftops are covered with broken tree limbs thanks to more than half a foot of soggy snow.
"Everything was covered with ice first and it was heavy with that and then the snow just laid on top of the ice and all night everything just cracking, boom boom boom falling down," says Caesar Pulini.

As property owners clip, chop and saw the day away, crews working to restore power are just as busy.
About 115,000 Atlantic City Electric customers lost power at some point because of the latest nor'easter, many of them in Gloucester County.
The company has hundreds of their own employees as well contractors and mutual aid workers from other power providers dispatched throughout South Jersey.
Living in a heavily wooded area, Kurt Hartwell says this is the second time a nor'easter knocked out their power this month.
"The last storm we were out for 3 days," says Hartwell, "kind of a little bummed but the kids do the best they can. They were playing games last night while I was out plowing"
