Some Flooding Problems Remain In The Delaware Valley
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Traveling throughout the region will be much easier today than it was yesterday as the flood waters have receded in most areas. But there are still some places in the Delaware Valley with significant flooding, and flood warnings are in place where rivers, creeks and streams still have not crested.

SEPTA says all regional rails are back up and running on or close to schedule. Bus routes are also running with some detours because of high waters. Some area schools cancelled classes on Friday.
You don't need water on the roads to have flood related problems. In East Germantown, the water is gone but damage was done. The road surface at Wister and Godfrey buckled because there was so much water yesterday that the storm drains just couldn't handle the volume. And there is certainly a big mess for residents to clean up.
A couple of car dealerships in Fort Washington, Pa. along Pennsylvania Avenue couldn't get all of their new vehicles out in time and some fancy new rides were destroyed.
In Philadelphia, the Schuylkill River has come down, but Kelly Drive is still closed in some places.
Further north, conditions are far worse. Several communities in Bucks County, including New Hope, are still underwater.
Meanwhile, Pres. Obama has signed another emergency declaration for Pennsylvania as a result of this week's flooding. The declaration, which includes Philadelphia and the four suburban counties, will make federal aid available to offset costs of the emergency response to the flooding.
