New lawsuit would make Dean a rebel without a tweet
Twitter is being sued by James Dean's management firm. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the management firm CMG Worldwide, that controls the late actor's licensing empire has asked the social network to shut down the account for more than a year. After Twitter's refusal to cooperate, the firm decided to go to court in Indiana.
The @JamesDean Twitter account is controlled by unknown owners, has more than 8,000 follower, and is a fan tribute that offers facts, quotes and pictures.

Sandberg's "LeaningIn" to change stereotypes
Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg's nonprofit LeanIn.org is teaming up with Getty images, a service that provides photos to news organizations.
The partnership will produce a special collection of images that represent women and families in a more empowering way. The photos will show professional women as surgeons, painters, bakers, soldiers and hunters. There are girls riding skateboards, women lifting weights and fathers changing babies' diapers.

HLN aims to become new TV home for a new generation
The HLN network, the headline news spin-off of CNN, wants to become the TV home for the social media generation.
The vice president of the network announced today, the network is rebranding and will gather its news from social media and blogs. It will also highlight trends, viral stories, and users creating buzz.
The reformatting begins with the "RightThisMinute," a program that spotlights emerging web videos. The show premiers Monday at 10 p.m. HLN's "social-media format" will be integrated into existing programs including "Morning Express," "News Now," "Jane Velez-Mitchell," "Nancy Grace" and "Dr. Drew on Call."
