PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Eric Maynor era was a short one for the Philadelphia 76ers.
Maynor, acquired in a trade at the NBA trade deadline, along with two second round picks, was waived by the Sixers, the team announced today.
Maynor has a player-option for the 2014-15 season of over $2 million, that the Sixers will be on the hook for.

Taking his spot on the roster is forward James Nunnally, who signed a 10-day contract with the team.
