Sixers Draw 2nd Pick
Lady Luck was on the 76ers side Tuesday night at the NBA Draft Lottery. The Sixers, represented by last year's selection Jrue Holiday, were slated in for the 6th overall pick in this June's draft, but moved up in the lottery to receive the rights to the 2nd overall pick.
The Number 1 overall pick went to the Washington Wizards, who will most likely draft Kentucky point guard, John Wall. Evan Turner, out of Ohio State is the favorite to be the 2nd pick in the draft. Turner is a 6''7 shooting guard that averaged 20.4 points per game last season as a Junior for the Buckeyes.
