PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Several people have been questioned in connection to an alleged sexual assault at Center City hotel, including a player for the NBA's Brooklyn Nets.
The alleged incident happened in a 6th floor suite of the Four Seasons hotel in on the Parkway in Center City around 3am Tuesday.
Among those questioned, Brooklyn Nets Center Andray Blatche, who was not held by police. Police commissioner Charles Ramsey says it's too early in a complicated investigation to say who is and isn't a suspect:
"We don't know until we get DNA back and things of that nature, so right now, we have nothing to hold him on, so he was released, no one is in custody now that I'm aware of, and as far as I know it's going to be awhile until we can bring this to some kind of conclusion."
Around noon, yesterday, Blatche tweeted "Im ok and I didn't do anything jus was n the area when it happened". That tweet was deleted about an hour later, Blatche did play in last night's game against the Sixers.
Blatche reportedly reserved the rooms for two of his friends.
