PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - It was good news to hear that the NFL had reached a settlement with the former players related to concussions and associated issues on Thursday (see related story).

But a major concern, still, is that the NCAA has not picked up many of the same practices of the NFL. In other words, they are still able to do things in the NCAA that the NFL has banned, for instance, the amount of time they are practicing with full contact.
It's really important to realize that, in practice, players get concussions, as well, and if you can limit the full contact in practice, you can be taking big strides.
And this just doesn't stop at the NCAA. We have to be concerned about it in high school and lower as well.
