7th Annual Philadelphia Polar Plunge Event Begins At Citizens Bank Park
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - There couldn't possibly be a better time to kick off the seventh annual Philadelphia Polar Plunge. Over 500 high school students from Philadelphia and Delco schools jumped into an icy pool at Citizens Bank Park Friday morning.
Proceeds from the event go to benefit Special Olympics Pennsylvania.
Folks will take the general plunge Saturday when we're expecting even more snow.
