Seven Car Crash Causes Major Backup On I-95 In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Emergency crews responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on I-95.
The accident happened around 7 a.m. Friday in the northbound lanes near the Cottman Avenue exit in Northeast Philadelphia.
Police say seven vehicles were involved in the crash.
The lanes were closed for about two hours following the crash, causing traffic delays. They have since reopened.
Officials say there were no serious injuries, but several people were taken to local hospitals.
