SEPTA Says Expect Overcrowding
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - If you are using planning to use SEPTA this morning, you may have little personal space.
SEPTA says all Regional Rail routes are experiencing car shortages and passengers may experience overcrowding.
This is due to the strong storms Wednesday night.
