SEPTA Reports Delays On Regional Rail Line
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- SEPTA is reporting some delays on its Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line early Tuesday morning.
The transportation authority says the rail line is operating with possible delays in both directions, because of Amtrak overhead wire problems.
