YEADON, Pa. (CBS) – A SEPTA bus driver was arrested on Thursday, accused of using his lunch break to pick up more than 100 pounds of marijuana.

Yves Daudier, 43, who has residences in Yeadon, Pa. and Sewell, NJ, was arrested on July 12 at a self-storage facility he rented on Island Avenue in Philadelphia after he allegedly attempted to sell the drugs to investigators.

At the time of his arrest, Daudier was in his SEPTA uniform and said he was cleaning out his storage unit during his lunch break.

A search of Daudier's vehicle resulted in the seizure of 104 pounds of pot that was valued at $215,000. Agents also seized a scale, an electric money counter and a Breitling watch worth thousands of dollars that Daudier claimed to have found on the bus. The agents also located paperwork about the intended lease of a Bentley car inside the locker and identified Daudier as the owner of a late-model Porsche and a Mercedes.

Ten-thousand-dollars in cash and a semi-automatic pistol were seized from Daudier's home in New Jersey.

"So we certainly feel that this is part of organized drug delivery activity," said Nils Frederiksen, spokesman for the Pennsylvania attorney general.

Daudier is charged with conspiracy, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
