Search For Suspect Prompts Lockdown Of 4 New Jersey Schools

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) – Four schools in Mercer County are currently locked down as police search the area for a home invasion suspect.
The schools are Wilson Elementary School, Hamilton High School West, McGalliard Elementary School and Hamilton Education Program.
According to authorities, a suspect attempted to break into a home in the area of Hamilton Township. The suspect reportedly remains on the loose.
Investigators say the students at the four schools are in no danger and that the schools were placed on lock down as a precaution.
The incident remains under investigation.
