Study: Eating Salad Keeps Your Brain Healthy

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On the healthwatch,  a new reason to hit the salad bar for lunch.

A new study shows one serving per day of leafy green vegetables can help keep your brain healthy.

That includes eating lettuce, spinach, kale and collard greens.

Researchers say it's best to choose greens with dark leaves, because the darker the leaves -- the more nutrients they have.
