Water Main Break Causing Traffic Mess On Roosevelt Boulevard
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A water main break is causing a traffic mess in the East falls section of Philadelphia on Thursday.
Only the left lane is getting by on Roosevelt Boulevard northbound between Henry Avenue and Fox Street because of icy conditions from an earlier water main break.
The Philadelphia Fire Department was called out to Roosevelt Boulevard between Henry Avenue and Fox Street around 11 a.m. for the break.
The lane restriction has caused traffic to back up for miles along the westbound Schuylkill Expressway, approaching Roosevelt Boulevard.
Motorists should expect major delays.
