Residents Allowed To Return Home After Two Gas Leaks Force Evacuations In Northampton County
NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- Neighbors in a Northampton County community are back home after two gas leaks forced evacuations. The first call came in around 7 p.m. Saturday, while the second call came in around 11:30 p.m., forcing the evacuation of the 1900 and 2000 blocks of Washington Avenue.
It's unclear what caused the leaks.
But CBS3 has been told that everyone is allowed to return to their homes.
