Researchers Say Mondays Are Bad For Your Health
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – As if we needed another reason to dislike Mondays, it turns out they may be bad for your health.
Routine sleep changes, like waking up early for work during the week, raise the risk of developing problems such as diabetes and heart disease.
Researchers found people who have the biggest difference in sleep schedules on their free days and work days were more likely to have metabolic issues and a less healthy body mass index.
