Report: Sixers Offer Head Coaching Job To Brett Brown
By Spike Eskin
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – At long last, the Sixers may have their coach.
According to a report from Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixers have offered their head coaching job to San Antonio assistant Brett Brown, and the two sides are working out a contract.
There was a report from the New York Daily News on the night of the NBA Draft that the Sixers had agreed to hire Brown, but the report was denied by Sam Hinkie.
If this is in fact the hire, it's a good one for the Sixers. Big, if true as they say.
