Report: Jerry Sandusky Writing Book In Jail
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Just months after his conviction on dozens of child sex abuse charges, Jerry Sandusky is reportedly writing a book in jail.
Sandusky is awaiting sentencing after being convicted in June on 45 counts of child sex abuse.
A Johnstown TV station reports that Sandusky is being helped out with the book, by his wife Dottie.
Prison officials at the Centre County Correctional Facility say that Sandusky is no longer on suicide watch and is called a model inmate.
This would be Sandusky's second book. His first book, which was published in 2001, was titled "Touched: The Jerry Sandusky Story." The book is an autobiography that chronicles his times as a defensive coordinator at Penn State and his work at the Second Mile Foundation.
