Report: Cowboys Sign La'el Collins
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Dallas Cowboys continue to add players no one else wants.
According to Charean Williams, the Cowboys have signed offensive lineman La'el Collins on Thursday.
The deal, according to Ian Rapoport, is a fully guaranteed three-year contract.
Collins was originally expected to be a first-round pick, but went undrafted after he was connected in the investigation of the murder of his ex-girlfriend and the subsequent death of her child. However, while NFL teams passed on Collins, police have said he is not a suspect. According to multiple reports, a paternity test also found out that Collins is not the father of the child involved.
