Real Estate Agent Grazed By Bullet In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a long-time real estate with a graze wound to his head.
The shooting happened at about 7 p.m. Tuesday near 59th and Race Streets in West Philadelphia.
The 71-year-old agent told investigators he had just let his office and was walking to his car when he heard gunshots. The victim then realized a bullet had grazed his forehead.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was treated and released.
Witnesses told investigators they saw two men fleeing the scene, but police were unable to apprehend them.
In an apparent unrelated incident, sources say the same agent was tied up and robbed last month.
The investigation into Tuesday night's shooting is ongoing.
