PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are responding to the scene after protesters disrupted traffic in Old City during the Thursday morning rush.
Chopper 3 is over the scene at 4th and Market Streets.
No word if any arrests have been made.
The number of protesters is unclear at this time.
