Prosecution Proceeeds In Murder Case Of Autumn Pasquale

WOODBURY, N.J. (CBS) -- There was another closed-door hearing Tuesday in Woodbury, New Jersey for a pair of teens charged in the murder of a 12-year-old neighbor in October.
The teen brothers, ages 17 and 15, have been in juvenile custody, accused of killing 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale for her bicycle, and then dumping her body in a family recycling can behind their Clayton home. (see related story).
A family court judge in Woodbury ordered the youths to remain behind bars pending their next scheduled hearing on February 12th. Details of these detention hearings remain covered by a gag order, paired with the fact that family court proceedings are, by law, kept confidential for the most part.
Gloucester County Prosecutors have filed a motion to waive the case to Superior Court, where the teens would be charged as adults and face life in prison, if convicted. (see related story).
There is no word on when that waiver hearing will be held. That hearing will also be private.
