Princeton Puts 'Great Gatsby' Manuscript Online
PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — Princeton University has put the manuscript and corrected galley pages of F. Scott Fitzgerald's "The Great Gatsby" online.
The 1925 novel is a staple of high-school English class reading lists. A new film version opened earlier this month.
Princeton officials say the hand-written work shows Fitzgerald's writing process.
Fitzgerald studied at Princeton nearly four years, but dropped out to join the U.S. Army in 1917.
His daughter donated his papers to Princeton in 1950.
