Police: Teen Shot And Killed In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating after a gunman opened fire and shot a Philadelphia teen on Sunday. The 18-year-old male later died from his injuries.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 2:45 PM on the 2200 block of Mifflin Street. Police say the teenager was shot once in the back of the head and was transported to Presbyterian Hospital.
No weapon was recovered at the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
