Police: NJ School Given All Clear After Officers Find Replica Hand Grenade In Playground Area
BURLINGTON, NJ (CBS) -- Police say all students were evacuated from Wilbur Watts Intermediate School in Burlington County, New Jersey after police found a replica hand grenade just before 8 a.m. Friday morning.
Chopper 3 was over the scene of the school on the 500 block of High Street in Burlington, New Jersey.

Sgt. John Fine, of Burlington City, says two police officers discovered the suspicious item in a playground area. Police say officers immediately requested assistance and Emergency Plans were placed into effect with the City of Burlington School District.
Officials say all students were evacuated from the school.
Upon further investigation, police determined the device was not live or real.
Authorities deemed the area safe just after 9:30 a.m.
