Police: Suspect Stole More Than $15K In Liquor, Theater Equipment From Germantown Restaurant
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect captured on surveillance video who robbed a Germantown restaurant.
On Dec. 19 around 7:50 a.m., the suspect entered Temptations Gourmet Restaurant located at 218 West Chelten Avenue through a side door.
Once inside, he is seen on video taking multiple bottles of liquor and putting them into some type of bag.
Police say the suspect also stole stereo surround and theater equipment that, when combined with the liquor taken, is valued at $16,400.
He then fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion who has a beard and a light mustache. He was wearing a dark-colored knit hat and a dark-colored leather style jacket.
