Police Searching For Suspect Who Placed Illegal Skimmer On Bucks County ATM
BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Bucks County are searching for a suspect who placed an illegal device on an ATM in an attempt to steal customer's personal information.
According to investigators, the suspect placed an illegal electronic skimmer on an ATM at a bank on Street Road in Bensalem on June 2nd.
Police say a customer went to use the ATM and noticed something wasn't right. The individual noticed the illegal skimmer and called police.
Investigators say the illegal device was on the ATM for approximately eight hours, and that no customer's personal information was jeopardized.
