Police: Missing Montgomery Township Woman Has Been Found Safe In Mt. Laurel, NJ

MONTGOMERY Twp., PA., (CBS) -- Family in Montgomery relieved to have their loved one and grandmother, 94-year-old Stella Mininger, back safe after police say she went missing and wound up nearly 50-miles away in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
Police in New Jersey tell Eyewitness News Mininger was found at a Wawa on South Church Street, in good health, but a bit disoriented Friday afternoon.
Police say she was last seen at her home the night of Christmas Eve and was supposed to come to a family event a home in Gilbertsville around 3 p.m. on Christmas day.
When she didn't show, the family grew nervous.
Neighbors tell Eyewitness News at 94-years-old, this was an independent woman. She lived alone, cut her own grass, read the paper and kept the same routine for years.
Dora Zaffino, who knew Mininger for more than a decade says, "She lives by herself. I see her every day. This woman she cut the grass, she cleaned the yard. Just very, very nice lady."
Police say all things considered this is a happy ending. Mininger did not seek medical attention. Instead she isheading back across the bridge to Pennsylvania with her family.
