Police Search For Northwest Philadelphia Robbery Suspect
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect in connection to the robbery of a woman that took place in the northwest section of Philadelphia.
Authorities say that on July 13th at about 11:07 a.m., an unknown male approached the victim after she parked her car on the 500 block of Ruscomb Street.
The suspect allegedly put a taser to the victim's neck and grabbed her bag, which contained $1000 cash, jewelry, a Sony personal PlayStation, and a wallet with I.D. and credit cards.
Police report that a witness saw the suspect get into a green vehicle and head south on Fairhill Street.
The suspect is described as a black male about 30-years-old with a medium build and a medium complexion. He has a full beard and was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
