Police Search For Missing Teen In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a teen who disappeared from an apartment South Philadelphia.
Police say 19-year-old Lawana Lamone was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Saturday at an apartment along the 1500 block of Fitzwater Street.
She was wearing a pink hooded sweat top, a black North Face jacket, jeans and black boots.
Lamone is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
Authorities say she is depressed and suicidal.
Police say Lamone is known to frequent the SEPTA Orange Line subway.
She previously lived in the 600 block of Tribet Place in Darby, Pennsylvania.
