Police: Robbery Motive In Deadly Southwest Philadelphia Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Investigators say robbery was the motive in a deadly shooting in Philadelphia late Sunday evening.
The shooting happened at about 10:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Simpson Street in the city's Kingsessing section.
According to investigators, an unidentified male was shot three times in the chest. He was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was later pronounced dead.
Authorities believe robbery was the motive in the deadly shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made. The shooting remains under police investigation.
