Police: Man Shot Multiple Times In West Philadelphia Stairwell
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- Philadelphia Homicide Detectives are investigating the murder of a 34-year-old man near 49th and Arch Streets in West Philadelphia.
The victim was found dead in the stairwell of an apartment building at 110 North 49th Street.
Detectives are unsure when the victim was killed. His body was discovered just after 8 a.m. Thursday morning.
A handful of shell casings were found in the stairwell of the apartment building.
The 34-year-old man was shot several times in the head.
An investigation is ongoing.
