Police: Man Pistol Whipped, Robbed Of Pants In Chinatown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Two men are in police custody after authorities say they pistol whipped and robbed a 58-year-old man in Chinatown on Friday night.
Philadelphia Police say the incident happened at about 5:38 p.m. at the 1200 block of Vine Street.
According to authorities, the two men allegedly robbed the victim at gun point and pistol whipped him. Authorities say they took $2,500, a cell phone, wallet - and the victim's pants.
Police say they later apprehended both men at 12th & Wood Streets.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
