Police Investigating Shooting Death Of Man In Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting death of a man late Wednesday evening.
The shooting happened at about 11 p.m. at H and Russell Streets in the city's Kensington section.
According to investigators, the unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene after being shot in the chest and head. The victim is believed to be in his late teens or early 20s.
Investigators say they found a screwdriver at the scene and they are working to determine whether the victim was attempting to break into cars at the time of the shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made.
