Police Investigate Indecent Exposure Incident In Wilmington
WILMINGTON, Del., (CBS)—Police are investigating an indecent exposure incident after a female jogger was flashed by a male jogger.
The 54-year-old victim was going for a run in Brandywine Park along South Park Drive when the suspect began repeatedly jogging past her and stopped in front of her to stretch.
The suspect then turned and ran towards the victim with his genitals exposed and then turned and continued to run in the opposite direction of the victim.
The victim returned to her home and immediately contacted police to report the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male, 25-29 years old, wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and bright blue New Balance sneakers
